Our Mission and Our Team
Y.E.A. is an organization founded by 3 high school students. Our mission is to raise awareness to endometriosis through events, social media, and our bracelets while funding endometriosis research.
Many times in my life we've been told to look towards a cause that we feel connected to, or one that we want to fight for. We feel connected to the women in the world who like me have gone to many doctors about issues with their bodies and are sent home with the same suggestion. Endometriosis affects millions of people, yet there are still significant gaps in understanding, diagnosis, and treatment. We wanted to create something that could turn awareness into action.
